Shipping policy

All orders will ship Monday through Saturday. Orders will ship within one (1) to three (3) business days with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you. 
We REMA supplies are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number shows that your package was delivered to the address you provided yourself at checkout.

Any problem with your order must be reported to ROUTE package protection (if you purchased it) or REMA Supplies (rema.vds@gmail.com) within 3 days of the delivery date.

You, the customer, are responsible for verifying if the address to which your order has to be sent is correct. we are not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses.
